To save you time, Abu Dhabi International Airport offers a self-service check-in option, allowing you to obtain a boarding pass without having to queue at the counter.

You will find self check-in kiosks at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.

After checking in, you then need to drop off your luggage at the Bag Drop counter.

We also offer self check-in kiosks at the Park Rotana Abu Dhabi and Crowne Plaza Yas Island hotels in Abu Dhabi, allowing passengers on some airlines to check in from the hotel lobby.

You can also purchase excess baggage allowance, choose your seats and upgrade your flights, all from the same location.

Our first City Check-in facility is located at Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal, Marsa Mina and operated under the banner of Morafiq. The facility operates from 8 AM to 12 midnight daily with free parking available for your convenience. The location is well connected by Public Transport and if you’re catching one of the many air-conditioned Abu Dhabi buses, you’ll need bus numbers: 9 or 44.  

Morafiq has launched its second City Check-in location in Abu Dhabi at ADNEC. This facility caters to the general public and operates from 9 AM till 9 PM, starting the 25th of February.

City Check-In Tariffs vary for adults and children 

AED 35 for adults

AED 25 for children 12 years old and below

AED 15 for infants two-years-old and below
