Abu Dhabi International Airport is located 38km southeast of central Abu Dhabi.

It’s easy to find your way there, as three main roads lead from the city centre to the airport:

2nd Street (Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum Street)
8th Street (Salam Street)
30th Street (Khaleej Al Arabi Street)

From 2nd Street: Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum street merges into the E22 highway (Abu Dhabi – Al Ain Road). Continue on the E22 until you see the airport signs. Then turn onto the E20 heading north. Follow the airport signs on the E20 until you reach the airport; it’s clearly signposted.

From 8th Street: Salam Street merges into the E10 heading to Dubai. Continue along this road until you pass Al Raha Beach, there will be airport signs along this road. Turn right and continue to follow the airport signs which are clearly signposted.

From 30th Street: Khaleej Al Arabi Street merges with the E20 highway. Once on the E20 follow the airport signs until you reach the airport.
