ADDF runs a 24-hour retail operation in all three terminals with the key strategic concessionaire, DFS - the world's leading luxury travel retailer which is majority owned by the LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) Group..
ADDF is also home to “Big Ticket” raffle draw - the AED 1.5 million monthly prize draw which offers 15 cash prizes - first prize being AED 1,000,000. Tickets cost AED 500 each and are sold at ADDF, Al Ain Duty Free, Abu Dhabi City Terminal and online at: www.addf.ae.
Besides Arabic and English, ADDF has staff who can speak Chinese, French, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam etc.
Since it's inception in 1982 Abu Dhabi Duty Free has been recongnized by many industry awards both nationally and internationally.
