Abu Dhabi Airports welcomed the new eased travel measures at Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) where PCR test service upon arrival is now optional for travelers coming to the emirate. The PCR Test facility at AUH remains available in the same location as an optional service at AED 40 for passengers who would like to activate their green pass on Al Hosn App, which is mandatory to enter public places, tourist attractions, and other facilities in Abu Dhabi.

Where do I drop off a departing passenger?

The table below helps you find the correct drop-off point, if you know the passenger’s airline, class of travel and terminal of departure.

Class Terminal 1 Terminal 2 Terminal 3
Economy Outer lane in front of Terminal 1 between Entrances 2 and 4 OR lower curbside (clearly signposted). Outer lane in front of Terminal 2 only. Outer lane in front of Terminal 3 only.

Quick option - Drop Off and Pick Up

You can drop off a passenger at the curbside in front of the terminal building provided you do not wait for an extended period of time.

For security reasons, vehicles should not be left unattended at any time. Any vehicle left unattended outside the terminals will be swiftly removed by the police. A charge is made for recovery.

If you would prefer to park

Once you get to the airport, you can park your vehicle in the Short Term car park. Find out where to park here.

From the car park, follow the signs to enter the terminal building.

Valet

A valet parking service is available at the upper curbside of Terminal 1 opposite Entrance 4 (outer lane). Charges apply.
