Abu Dhabi Airports welcomed the new eased travel measures at Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) where PCR test service upon arrival is now optional for travelers coming to the emirate. The PCR Test facility at AUH remains available in the same location as an optional service at AED 40 for passengers who would like to activate their green pass on Al Hosn App, which is mandatory to enter public places, tourist attractions, and other facilities in Abu Dhabi.

Where will I find a trolley?

If you are departing from Terminals 1 or 3, you will find plenty of trolleys and porters at the upper and lower curbside areas outside the terminals and in the car parks. If you are departing from Terminal 2, you will find them between Entrance 2 and Entrance 3 at the curbside.

If you are arriving, you will find trolleys and porters at the baggage claim area.

Use of trolleys is free of charge.

How will I recognize an official porter?

Porters are easily identifiable by their uniforms (clearly marked ‘Porter Service’).

Is there a fixed rate for porters, or do I tip?

The fixed rate for a porter service is AED 21 (USD 5.7).

Is transport assistance available within the airport?

We assist families of young children and elderly passengers by providing buggy cars. You will see these at the departure and arrival piers of Terminal 3.
