Abu Dhabi International Airport provides assistance to disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility for arrival, departure and transit.

If you know that you will need assistance at the airport, please inform your airline or travel agent at the time of your flight ticket booking or at least 48 hours prior your departure in order to accommodate your requirements as best as possible and to make your journey as comfortable as possible.

At Abu Dhabi International Airport, we are striving to continuously improve services provided to our customers including those with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility. To meet internationally recognized standards we are currently working on improving our services, facilities and equipment to provide second-to-none services to all our customers.
