Passengers arriving after long journeys can now take advantage of a lounge in the Arrivals Hall operated by Etihad Airways.

You can freshen up when you arrive into Abu Dhabi at the end of a long journey with the warm service and hospitality offered at the Arrivals Lounge.

Arriving at the Lounge

You can access the Arrivals Lounge, conveniently located immediately after customs, when you arrive at Terminals 1 and 3.You will receive a warm welcome by staff, including a Concierge who will take care of your luggage for you.

Dine

You can dine on a selection of light canapés and snacks as well as enjoy hot or cold beverages.

Re-energise and relax

Enjoy an energising shower while your clothes are pressed and your shoes polished.
