Important Announcement

Before travelling to, from or through Abu Dhabi Airport, please ensure that you are familiar with the regulations that apply to your trip. Depending on the nature of your journey, you will need to gather this information from a range of sources including but not limited to:

If you are arriving in the UAE, you will need to obtain a negative COVID-19 PCR test result before your travel, issued no more than 96 hours prior to your arrival in the UAE. 

Upon arrival, all inbound passengers will have to undergo a mandatory COVID-19 PCR test at Abu Dhabi International Airport.

 

While in Abu Dhabi International Airport, you will need to wear a face-mask and disposable hand gloves. You will also need to adhere to social distancing measures at all times.

DFS operates a free ‘buy on departure and collect on return’ service Available to all returning and transit passengers throughout T1 and T3, taking the weight out of your duty free couldn’t be easier. Simply shop, pay and fill-in a collection form, and our staff will have it ready for you on your return through Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Yes. You are welcome to use the Terminal 1 lounges subject to availability. Charges apply if you haven’t received an invitation for a specific lounge.

You can exit Terminal 3 and follow the signs to Terminal 1 and the lounges. Please bear in mind that there is a 20 minute walk between the terminals, so allow plenty of time to ensure you don’t miss your flight.
