Where do I drop off a departing passenger?

Quick option

It is possible to drop off a passenger at the curbside in front of the terminal building provided you do not wait for an extended period of time. For security reasons, vehicles should not be left unattended at any time. Any vehicle left unattended outside the terminals will be swiftly removed by the police. A charge is made for recovery.

If you know the passenger’s airline, class of travel and terminal of departure, find out the correct drop off point from the table below:

If you’d prefer to park

Find out where to find Short Term parking here.

From the car park, follow the signs and enter the terminal building.
If the passenger is leaving from Terminal 2, you can catch a complimentary 5-minute shuttle from Short Term parking to the terminal. This leaves every 15 to 20 minutes.

Where do I meet an arriving passenger?

Before leaving for the airport, check the status of the flight so that you aren’t kept waiting in case of a delay.

Then make sure you know which terminal the passenger will be arriving at.

Quick option

It is possible to pick up a passenger at the curbside in front of the terminal building provided you do not wait for an extended period of time. Passengers arriving at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 can be picked up at the lower curbside in front of their terminal building. Terminal 2 passengers can be picked up in front of their terminal.

If you’d prefer to park

Once you get to the airport, you can park your vehicle in the Short Term car park. Find out where to park here.

From the car park, follow the signs to enter the terminal building.

While you wait for the passenger, you can relax inside the arrivals hall over a coffee or a snack at one of our coffee shops.

If the passenger is arriving at Terminal 2, you can catch a complimentary 5-minute shuttle from Short Term parking to the terminal. This leaves every 20 minutes.

Valet
A valet parking service is available at the upper curbside of Terminal 1 opposite Entrance 4 (outer lane). Charges apply.
