• Booking request should be made at least 24 hrs in advance.
• Payments must be in advance of the service with a credit card garantee, or by cash following confirmation of your booking by Golden Class.
• Once confirmation of the booking is received for credit card payment please download the Credit Card Authorization form to continue with payment of the booking. The signed form should be e-mailed to goldenclass@adhc.adac.ae, for cash payment please settle it at the Golden Class Lounge at Abu Dhabi International Airport at least 2 hours prior to scheduled arrival or departure time.
• Visa submission should be done at least two hours before scheduled arrival time.
• In the event of any amendments or a cancellation of booking, you are required to inform us in writing (“notification”) at least four hours prior to flight scheduled time to avoid the no-show charge. When no such notification has been received and the passenger was No – Show the service fees will be charged in full.
• Payments are non-refundable. Where notification has been given in accordance with the timeframes set out above, the relevant amount will stand as a credit to your account with us and must be used within 3 months from the date of receipt of the notification.
• For Classic Plus bookings, guests are advised that they may be accompanied by a maximum of 4 other guests where such guests are travelling on the same flight.
